This is a great moment for Indian snooker as 2 Indian players have reached the quarterfinals of a professional snooker ranking event and that too in the inaugural edition of Indian Open.  In the quarterfinals later today, they will be competing against each other. This means that only one of them will be able to proceed to the semifinals tomorrow, but assures that there will be an Indian presence in the semis.
